A slender figure appeared out of thin air, in the alleyway of Britain, she stood completely motionless. Her silhouette surrounded by midnight mist in the moonless night. Under her shadowed hood, her emerald green eyes scanned her surroundings before hearing a faint 'pop' to her right. Settling her eyes upon the newly apparated figure that stood before her, a sly smirk twisted upon the young Levesque's lips as she spoke.
"David Alexander, what a pleasure," her tone held strong purpose as a respected leader, yet held a faint trace of coolness and amusment. The man rolled his eyes in response, "Levesque, you can't charm your way out of this one. However, you and I can take a little stroll down to Azkaban, I'm sure they'll accept you with open arms," he spoke with a sneer. The young auror raised his wand while Diane simply laced her wand between her fingers, weaving in and out at impressive speed. A dark chuckle escaped her full lips," now, now David, lets not be rude, we both know why we are here. And remember, just you... and me," she spoke in a sickly sweet turn that soon turned deadly. David rolled his eyes once more before grasping his wand tighter, "impedimenta!" With a quick flick of her wrist, the young Levesque had simply knocked the spell to the side and dissolve into the wall. "Tsk tsk David, what ever happend to ready, set, go? Now you've made me angry," her tone remained sweet yet clearly dangerous.
Raising her wand at impressive speed, she turned it on him. "Crucio!," The young auror jumped out of the way just as the jet of green light skimmed his hair. Diane chuckled softly before stepping out of the way of a flying disarming spell. Flicking her wand, she summoned about thirty or so large, deadly cobra's that surrounded the auror, slithering towards him hungrily.
Diane was enjoying this greatly, a glint of amusment lingered in her echanted eye as she watched the auror dodge and strike at the serpents. Lazily, she rose her wand, "sectumsempra!" Her piercing eyes watched as his figure was thrown back against the wall, blood slashing out of his body from random wounds. Diane slowly approached the struggling figure, shaking her head slightly. "Pathetic," she whispered. Suddenly, a patronus of a lion shot out of the auror's wand and disappeared. Her eyes angrily flashed to him, "calling for help? Filthy little mudblood," she said in a nasty tone before raising her wand.
Ready to finish her off, her mouth barely uttered the deadly words before she was throw backwards against the other wall. Straighting up quickly, she saw that she was surrounded by fifty or so aurors. As Diane battled, she had managed to kill fifteen and injure twenty before she heard someone utter the deathly words. Catching her squarely in the back, Diane's eyes widened, her lips slightly parted before collasping. The aurors gathered around the corspe.
